Returns


We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. This includes:

● Damaged products during shipping

● Incorrect items received

● Quality issues with your coffee

We do not accept returns on opened or used coffee products.

Return Window

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds & Replacements


Once your issue is reviewed, we will offer:

 • A replacement product, or

 • A refund if a replacement is not available

Return Shipping


Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error.
